糖尿病肾病发生时蛋白质、脂质代谢变化的临床观察及意义

摘要

Objective To investigate the changes of protein,lipid metabolism of patients with diabetic nephropathy and its clinical significance. Methods 35 patients in our hospital with Diabetic Nephropathy,The results of fasting blood glucose,24 h urinary albumin,triglyceride (TG),Total cholestero (Tc),high density lipoprotein (HDL) before and after treatment were retrospectively analyzed. Results The results of comparative analysis of changes of urinary albumin,lipid metabolism in patients before and after drug treatment for lowering blood sugar,blood glucose value was consistent with the protein,lipid metabolism in patients with value. Conclusion The change of urinary albumin,lipid metabolism of diabetic nephropathy can be used as an auxiliary method for auxiliary diagnosis of patients with the severity of the disease.%目的探讨蛋白质、脂质代谢变化对糖尿病肾病患者的临床意义。方法对我院35例糖尿病肾病患者治疗前后的空腹血糖、24 h尿微量白蛋白、甘油三酯（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）、高密度脂蛋白（HDL）的结果进行回顾性分析。结果对比分析用降血糖的药物治疗前后患者的尿微量白蛋白、脂质代谢的变化，发现患者的血糖值与患者的尿微量白蛋白、脂质代谢值变化具有一致性。结论糖尿病肾病发生的尿微量白蛋白、脂质代谢变化可以作为辅助性诊断患者疾病严重程度的一种辅助方法。
