精细护理在手术室护理工作中的重要作用

摘要

目的：通过在手术室护理工作中对患者执行精细护理，探讨其对手术室护理工作的影响与重要意义。方法研究纳入我院2013年1月~2014年1月手术治疗的300例患者，对150例患者进行精细化护理，另150例患者进行常规护理，回顾性分析患者护理满意度和护理人员专业水平问卷调查结果，并比较两组患者护理满意度、手术安全性和护理人员专业水平提高情况。结果精细护理成人患者护理满意度为91.3%，显著高于常规护理成人患者79.1%（P＜0.05），精细护理老年患者护理满意度为93.1%，显著高于常规护理老年患者84.7%（P＜0.05），精细护理总满意度为92.0%，也显著高于常规护理患者81.3%（P＜0.05）；精密护理患者手术风险发生率为1.33%，显著低于常规护理患者5.33%（P＜0.05），精密护理患者手术安全率98.6%，显著高于常规护理患者94.7%（P＜0.05）；问卷测试结果显示精细护理后护理人员专业技能合格率为90%，显著高于执行精密护理工作前50%（P＜0.05）。结论精细护理对手术室护理工作有明显提高作用，不仅提升患者护理满意度，降低手术风险，也可提升护理人员专业水平，意义重大。%Objective To execute the careful nursing in patients of operating room and explore the important role and influence for careful nursing in the operating room nursing work. Methods 300 patients with surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were included, 150 patients accepted careful nursing and 150 patients accepted routine nursing, a retrospective analysis of the satisfaction of patients and the results of questionnaire survey for professional level of nursing staffs, and the satisfaction of patients and the results of questionnaire survey for professional level of nursing staffs between two kinds of nursing were compared. Results The satisfaction rate of adult patients with careful nursing was 91.3% and significant higher than that 79.1% of adult patients with routine nursing(P < 0.05) ; the satisfaction rate of old patients with careful nursing was 93.1% and significant higher than that 84.7% of old patients with routine nursing(P<0.05) ; the total satisfaction rate of patients with careful nursing was 92% and significant higher than that 81.3% of patients with routine nursing(P<0.05); the surgical risk rate of patients with careful nursing was 1.33% and significant lower than that 5.33% of patients with routine nursing (P<0.05);the surgical safety rate of patients with careful nursing was 98.6%and significant higher than that 94.7%of patients with routine nursing(P<0.05); the results of questionnaire survey for professional level of nursing staffs showed that the qualified rate of nursing staffs after careful nursing was 90% and significant higher than that 50% before (P<0.05). Conclusion Careful nursing has improved effect to nursing works in operating room, not only improve the satisfaction rate of patients and also reduce the surgical risk and improve the professional level of nursing staffs, has a great significant.
