不翻瓣种植和翻瓣种植对种植体周围边缘骨吸收的影响

摘要

ObjectiveTo discuss effect on marginal bone loss around implants in flapless implanting technique and flap implanting technique.Methods Clinical data of 40 cases with mandibular dental implants were retrospectively analyzed. 20 cases were treated by flap implanting, and 20 cases were treated by flapless implanting. Marginal bone loss around implants of two groups was compared.ResultsAt 3 months post-operation and restoration time, marginal bone loss around implants in flapless implanting group was less than flap implanting group(P<0.01). Compared in group, marginal bone loss around implants at restoration time showed no significant difference with 3 months of post-operation in flapless implanting group, and marginal bone loss around implants at restoration time showed significant difference with 3 months of post-operation in flap implanting group (P<0.05).ConclusionFlapless implanting technique can reduce marginal bone loss around implants.%目的：比较不翻瓣与翻瓣种植技术对种植体周围边缘骨吸收的影响。方法回顾性分析在我院进行下颌后牙种植修复患者40例的临床资料。其中20例患者采用翻瓣种植术，20例患者采用不翻瓣种植术，比较两种方法对边缘骨水平的影响。结果术后3个月和修复后即刻两组比较，不翻瓣组骨吸收量显著少于翻瓣组（P＜0.01）。组内比较，不翻瓣组修复后即刻和术后3个月比较没有差异，翻瓣组修复后即刻骨吸收量显著大于术后3个月（P＜0.05）。结论不翻瓣种植术能够显著减少种植体种植体周围边缘骨的吸收量。
