目的：观察和评价单纯口服阿昔洛韦分散片以及联合静脉滴注单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法136例带状疱疹患者随机分为两组，治疗组75例，男39例，女36例，采用单磷酸阿糖腺苷0.2g,加入0.9%氯化钠250mL 静脉滴注，1次/d,口服阿昔洛韦分散片0.2g，5次/d，7d 为1疗程；对照组61例，男32例，女29例，单纯口服阿昔洛韦分散片0.2g，5次/d，共7d。于治疗前、后记录每天就诊时水疱面积，有无新发水疱及皮疹结痂数，疼痛减轻程度，脱痂的时间。结果治疗组和对照组的总有效率（治愈率+有效率）分别为93.33%和80.33%，两组差异有统计学意义（x2=4.081，P ＜0.05），治疗组止痛、结痂、脱痂时间均较对照组明显缩短（P ＜0.05）。结论静脉滴注单磷酸阿糖腺苷联合口服阿昔洛韦分散片治疗带状疱疹起效快，疗程短，能快速缓解疼痛，安全性好。%Objective To investigate and evaluate the efficacy of Vidarabine monophosphate combined with acyclovir dispersible tablets in the treatment of herpes zoster. Methods 136 cases of herpes zoster patients were randomly divided into two groups. 75 cases in the treatment group, including male 39 cases and female 36 cases, were treated with Vidarabine monophosphate 0.2g, adding 0.9% sodium chloride 250ml intravenous drip, once a day, and oral aciclovir dispersion tablets 0.2g, 5 times a day, which were 7 days for a course of treatment. 61 cases of the control group, including male 32 cases, female 29 cases, were only treated with oral aciclovir dispersion tablets 0.2g, 5 times a day for 7 days. Before and after treatment, blister area, new blisters and scabbed rashes number, the degree of pain alleviation, and decrustation time were recorded daily. Results The total effective rate of treatment group and the control group were 93.33% and 80.33% respectively, there was significant difference between two groups (x2=4.081, P < 0.05). The time of relieve pain, the scab time, and scab off time were significantly shorter of the treatment group than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Intravenous infusion of Vidarabine monophosphate combined with oral acyclovir dispersible tablets treatment of herpes zoster with rapid onset, short course of treatment, can quickly relieve pain, good safety.
