Objective To compare the curative effect and safety analysis of different treatment for oral lichen planus. Methods A total of 80 patients with oral lichen planus were divided into 40 cases of observation group and 40 cases of control group by random allocation. The control group was treated by conventional western medicine, while the observation group was treated by Shenling Baishu decoction based on the use of conventional western medicine. After treatment the effect and adverse reaction of two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%, which was higher than 60.00% of the control group, the difference in was statistical significant(P<0.05). The level of TNF-ɑ, IL-6 and IgE of observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment, the use of traditional Chinese medicine treatment for the patients with oral lichen planus can effectively improve the effect of clinical treatment, and the security is higher.%目的：比较不同治疗法治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓患者的疗效与安全性。方法对80例糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓患者，采用随机分组的方法，分成对照组40例与观察组40例。分别进行常规西药治疗与参苓白术汤进行治疗，比较两组疗效、不良反应。结果观察组总有效率为90.00%，显著高于对照组的60.00%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组治疗后的TNF-ɑ、IL-6及IgE水平均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在使用常规西药治疗的基础上，使用中药治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓患者，能够有效提高临床治疗效果，而且安全性较高。
