目的：探讨乳腺癌术后辅助放疗或化疗的治疗效果，为今后临床治疗乳腺癌达到更好的效果提供依据。方法选取我院2003年1月～2008年12月期间乳腺癌术后辅助放疗或化疗的患者共90例，对其进行回顾性分析，其中辅以放疗者40例（A组），辅以化疗者50例（B组），比较两组患者不良反应、生活质量、局部复发率和远处转移率、5年生存率等。结果 B组的不良反应明显多于A组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），B组的生活质量明显优于A组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），在局部复发率和远处转移率、5年生存率方面两组差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论乳腺癌术后辅助放疗和化疗可以改善生存率，但因各有优缺点，需依据患者的具体情况给予不同的综合辅助治疗方法。%Objective To discuss the treatment effect of radiotherapy or chemotherapy ,after the operation of breast cancer,provide the basis evidence for better effect of breast cancer. Methods select the patients with radiotherapy or chemotherapy after the operation of breast cancer from our hospital from January 2003 to December 2008,for the retrospective analysis, inside 40 cases with radiotherapy,50 cases with chemotherapy,contrast the untoward effect,quality of life,part of recurernce rate and distance metastasis rate、survival rate for 5 years etc. Results At the untoward effect , group B is more than group A,there was statistical difference(P<0.05),at the quality of life,group B is better than group A,there was statistical difference(P<0.05)at the part of recurernce rate and distance metastasis rate,survival rate for 5 years,There was no statistical difference(P > 0.05). Conclusion The patients who receive treatment of radiotherapy or chemotherapy after breast cancer operation improve the survival rate ,but there are merits and faults, giving different therapy according to particular cases of patients.
