Objective To investigate the clinical effects of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing for post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome. Methods Eighty patients were selected as the study subjects and evenly divided into two groups.The control group,consisting of 40 patients,received conventional nursing.The observation group,consisting of 40 patients,received comprehensive rehabilitation nursing.The clinical effects of the two groups of patients were compared. Results After nursing treatment,the upper limb function rehabilitation situation of the observation group was extremely ideal,which had statistically significant difference to that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 85.0%(34/40),which was far higher than the 62.5%(25/40) of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of rehabilitation nursing guidance in stroke hemiplegia shows good efficacy and can improve the patients'limb function and living abilities.%目的：探讨综合康复护理对脑卒中后肩手综合征的临床效果。方法抽样选取80例患者作为研究对象，并将其均分为两组。对照组40例患者，采用常规护理；观察组40例患者，采用综合康复护理。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果护理治疗后，观察组患者的上肢功能康复情况极其理想，与对照组相比，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者的满意率为85.0%（34/40），远高于对照组的62.5%（25/40），两组比较差异有统计意义（P＜0.05）。结论康复护理指导用于脑卒中偏瘫疗效佳，可提高患者的肢体功能和生活能力。
