大剂量服用格列美脲、二甲双胍、吡格列酮1例

摘要

With diabetes increasing year by year,hypoglycemic drugs are widely recognized and applied,excessive use of hypoglycemic drugs,there may be many side effects.Diabetic patients taking large doses of metformin (glucophage),glimepiride(amaryl),pioglitazone(yiting) after acute renal failure,lactic acidosis,gastrointestinal bleeding,cerebral edema,respiratory failure and a series of complications,according to the characteristics and complications of drug positive blood purification therapy and other select rescue measures,successfully saved the lives of patients,are reported in the following cases.%随着糖尿病患者的逐年增多，降糖药物被广泛的认识和应用，降糖药物的过量应用，可出现诸多副作用。糖尿病患者大剂量服用二甲双胍（格华止）、格列美脲（亚莫利）、吡格列酮（艾汀）后出现急性肾功能衰竭、乳酸酸中毒、消化道出血、脑水肿、呼吸衰竭等一系列并发症，依据药物特性及并发症情况积极选择血液净化治疗及其他抢救措施，成功挽救患者生命，现报道该病例。
