常规雾化联合推拿疗法治疗小儿支气管哮喘慢性持续期临床效果观察

ObjectiveTo study and analyze the clinical treatment effect of routine atomization combined massage in the treatment of children bronchial asthma at chronic persistent period.Methods 100 children patients with chronic persistent asthmatics, who were received and treated in clinic of our hospital from October 2012 to November 2014, were selected and were divided into treatment group and control group according to different treatment methods, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine atomization, while the treatment group was treat with routine atomization combined massage, the treatment cycle were all 8 weeks. To observe and compare the effective rate of clinical treatment of children patients between the two groups, to analyze the change levels of intracorporal inflammatory factors of children patients by peripheral blood. Results After 8 weeks treatment, the effective rate of clinical treatment in treatment group was better than which in control group(P<0.05), the change levels of intracorporal inflammatory factors of children patients of IL-17, IL-33, IL-6 in treatment group were statistical significance compared with which in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Routine atomization combined with massage in the treatment of children bronchial asthma at chronic persistent period is effective, could improve children immunological function meanwhile to treat the symptoms of asthma, has higher popularization and application value in clinical treatment.%目的：研究分析常规雾化联合推拿疗法对小儿支气管哮喘慢性持续期的临床治疗效果。方法选择2012年10月～2014年11月期间我院门诊收治入院的100例慢性持续期哮喘患儿，按照治疗方法不同分为治疗组和对照组，每组患儿50例。对照组运用常规雾化疗法进行治疗，治疗组运用常规雾化联合推拿疗法进行治疗，治疗周期均为8周。观察比较两组患儿临床治疗有效率，取外周血分析治疗前后患儿体内炎症因子的改变水平。结果经过8周治疗后，治疗组临床治疗有效率优于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗组患儿体内炎症因子IL-17、IL-33、IL-6的改变水平与对照组比较，具有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论常规雾化联合推拿疗法能够有效治疗小儿支气管慢性持续期哮喘，治疗哮喘症状的同时可改善患儿免疫功能，在临床治疗中有较高的推广应用价值。
