对比剂浓度与DynaCT影像质量的相关性研究

         

摘要

目的:探讨对比剂浓度对 DynaCT 影像质量的影响。方法实验一组:选用内径3mm 的塑料管,在管内充盈不同浓度的对比剂进行 DynaCT 摄影,评价不同浓度对比剂对影像质量的干扰程度。实验二组:分别选用不同内径的塑料管,在管内分两组各充盈浓度200mg/mL、100mg/mL 的对比剂,并进行 DynaCT摄影,评价不同管径时对比剂对影像质量的干扰程度。结果(1)对比剂浓度越大,对 DynaCT 影像的干扰越严重,随着浓度的降低,干扰逐渐减少,当对比剂浓度为100mg/mL 时,干扰基本消失。(2)对比剂浓度一定时,管径越大,干扰越严重。结论在 DynaCT 摄影中,应根据目标血管管径的大小,选用不同浓度的对比剂,以减少对比剂对 DynaCT 影像质量的影响,目标血管大多在3mm 以下时,对比剂浓度应选择不高于100mg/mL。%Objective To investigate the effects of contrast medium concentration on DynaCT image quality. Methods Group 1: Fill the tubes(d=3mm) with different concentrations of contrast mediums, then photograph with DynaCT. Evaluate the interfere degree of different concentration of contrast mediums to the image quality. Group 2:Choose different diameter of the plastic pipe, respectively. Filled the concentration of 200mg/mL, 100mg/mL contrast medium in the tube, and divided into two groups to evaluate the interfere degree of different inner diameter. Results (1)The greater contrast medium concentration is, the more serious interference is. When the contrast medium is at a concentration of 100mg/mL, the interference disappeared. (2)When the contrast medium concentration is certain, the larger the diameter is, the more severe the interference is. Conclusion In the DynaCT photography, different concentration of contrast medium should be selected based on the size of the target vessel diameter in order to reduce the effect of the contrast medium on image quality. When most of the target vessels are less than 3mm, the contrast medium concentration should better be less than 100mg/mL.
