腹腔镜手术治疗对直肠癌患者免疫功能的影响分析

摘要

Objective To discuss the clinical effects of laparoscopic surgery on treating rectal cancer and its impact on patients' immune function. Methods 64 cases of rectal cancer patients were selected and grouped into the observation group and the control group randomly. The control group patients were given regular open treatment while the observation group patients were given laparoscopic surgery. The index changes of immune function of two groups' patients 1 day before operation and 1, 3, 7 day after operation were compared. Results The comparison of T cell subset and immunoglobulin indicators of two groups before operation had no significant difference, and it has no statistical significance (P > 0.05); compared with that before operation, CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+, IgG, IgM and IgA of two groups 1 day and 3 day after operation had decreased significantly, the difference has statistical significance (P < 0.05); CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+, IgG, IgM and IgA of the observation group was evidently higher than that of the control group, the difference has statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion Compared with regular open surgery, treating rectal cancer by laparoscopic surgery has less influence and lighter trauma on cell immune function of patients. The patients can recover quickly after operation, so it is helpful to improve patients’life quality. It can be widely applied in clinic operation.%目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗直肠癌的临床疗效及对患者免疫功能的影响。方法选取64例直肠癌患者随机均分为观察组和对照组，对照组采用常规开腹治疗，观察组采用腹腔镜手术治疗，比较两组患者术前1d及术后1、3、7d免疫功能指标变化情况。结果两组患者术前T细胞亚群及免疫球蛋白指标比较无显著性差异，不具有统计学意义（P＞0.05)；相比于术前，两组术后1d及3d CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/ CD8+、IgG、IgM及IgA均显著降低，差异比较有统计学意义（P＜0.05)；观察组术后1d及3d CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/ CD8+、IgG、IgM及IgA明显高于对照组，差异比较有统计学意义（P＜0.05)。结论相比于常规开腹手术，腹腔镜手术治疗直肠癌对患者细胞免疫功能影响小、创伤轻、患者术后恢复快、有助于提高患者生活质量，可在临床上推广应用。
