个性化管理理念在缓解手术室护理人员工作倦怠感中的效果观察

     

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of the personalized nursing management in improving the nurses' work with sense of laches in department of operation department. Methods We selected 48 nurse in the operation department of our hospital as research subjects and divided into two groups randomly, the observation group and the control group, each group had 28 patients. The control group was given routine management and division of labor of cardiology, the study group was given personalized nursing management on the basis of the control group, After half a year, the positive evaluation questionnaire Maslach job burnout and self working scale was used to evaluate the effect of two groups of nurses in nursing management intervention of slack work situation. Results The maslach job burnout questionnaire results showed that, the two groups of nursing staff through the dry index of prognosis were decreased, as compared with before treatment, there was no significant difference in the control group (P>0.05), the observation group were statistically significant (P < 0.05); observation group nurses the index scores was decreased more than the control group(P<0.05). Self initiative assessment results, two groups of nursing staff after intervention, working enthusiasm are improved to a certain extent, compared with before intervention, there was no significant difference in the control group(P > 0.05), the observation group was statistically significant (P<0.05);working enthusiasm of the observation group nurses increased than those in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The personalized nursing management can improve the slack work nursing in operation room, it is worthy of popularization and application.%目的:观察个性化管理理念在缓解手术室护理人员工作倦怠感中的效果。方法2013年8月~2014年2月,将本院手术室内的56名护理人员随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各28名,对照组进行手术室内的常规管理和分工,研究组在对照组的基础上进行个性化护理管理。半年后,使用Maslach工作倦怠问卷和工作积极性评价表来评价护理管理干预前后护理人员的工作懈怠的情况。结果工作倦怠问卷的调查结果显示,经过管理干预后,研究组和对照组人员的工作积极性均提高,工作倦怠指标均下降,但与干预前比较,对照组组内的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而观察组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理人员工作倦怠的下降幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。自我工作积极性评估的结果显示,两组护理人员经过干预后,工作积极性都有了一定程度的提高,与干预前比较,对照组的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理人员工作积极性提高的程度均大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个性化护理管理能够显著提高手术室内护理人员的工作积极性,改善护理人员工作懈怠感,值得临床推广应用。
