分层管理模式在手术室护理人员职业认同感与工作质量改善中的效果观察

         

摘要

Objective:To explore the effect of hierarchical management model on the professional identity and work quality improvement of nurses in operation room.Methods:A total of 64 nurses in operation room were selected as the objects for study from October 2015 to January 2017,and randomly and equally divided into control group and observation group.Conventional management was adopted for the control group,and hierarchical management model was adopted for the observation group.The professional identity scale score,nursing quality score and satisfaction for nursing staff were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:The differences of the professional identity scale score and nursing quality score were not statistically significant between the two groups before intervention(P > 0.05).After intervention,the professional identity scale score,nursing quality score and satisfaction for nursing staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion:The hierarchical management model has a good effect on the professional identity and work quality improvement of nurses in the operation room,and it is applicable to nursing staff in the operation room.%目的:探讨分层管理模式在手术室护理人员职业认同感与工作质量改善中的效果.方法:选取2015年10月~2017年1月手术室护理人员64名为研究对象,随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组实施常规管理,观察组实施分层管理模式管理.将两组干预前与干预后不同时间的职业认同感量表评分、护理工作质量评分及护理人员满意度进行比较.结果:干预前两组职业认同感量表评分及护理工作质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组的职业认同感量表评分、护理工作质量评分及护理人员满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:分层管理模式在手术室护理人员职业认同感与工作质量改善中的效果较好,适用于手术室护理人员.
