心脏彩色多普勒超声与心电图在高血压心脏病诊断中的应用分析

摘要

目的：分析针对高血压心脏病患者应用心脏彩色多普勒超声以及心电图进行诊断的作用效果。方法选择在我院接受治疗的65例高血压心脏病患者作为研究对象并作为研究组，同时选择在我院接受体检的健康者65例作为对照组，分别开展心脏彩色多普勒超声以及心电图检查。将检查结果进行对比。结果研究组患者经心脏彩色多普勒超声检查，诊出率为95.38%；经心电图检查，诊出率为72.31%，两种检查诊断方法结果比较，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组患者心脏左房内径及其与主动脉根内径比例均显著超过健康体检者，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组检查诊断射血分数以及E/A值则相对均衡（P＞0.05）。结论针对高血压心脏病患者应用心脏彩色多普勒超声以及心电图进行诊断，均可以产生明显的效果，其中心脏彩色多普勒超声检查结果更有指导价值。%Objective To explore and analyze the effect of color Doppler ultrasound and electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease.Methods 65 cases of patients with hypertensive heart disease cured in our hospital were selected as research group,at the same time,65 cases of healthy subjects in our hospital were selected as control group.They were treated with color Doppler ultrasound and electrocardiogram examination respectively.The test results were compared.Results Diagnosis rate of research group after cardiac color Doppler ultrasound examination was 95.38%.Diagnosis rate of research group after electrocardiogram examination was 72.31%.There was significant difference between the two methods(P<0.05).Heart left atrial diameter and aortic root diameter ratio of research group were significantly more than that of physical examination (P<0.05).Two sets of inspection diagnosis ejection fraction and E/A value were relative equilibrium (P>0.05). Conclusion For patients with high blood pressure,heart disease heart color Doppler ultrasound and electrocardiogram (ECG) diagnosis can produce significant effect,and the cardiac color Doppler ultrasound examination results have guidance value more.
