联磺甲氧苄啶治疗耐碳青霉烯肺炎克雷伯杆菌血流感染1例

摘要

耐碳青霉烯类肺炎克雷伯杆菌自首次报道以来，在世界各地均有报道。由于其耐药性，使得临床上治疗其感染的药物有限，且效果有限，所以其治疗仍在探索阶段。本文介绍1例联磺甲氧苄啶成功治疗耐碳青霉烯肺炎克雷伯杆菌血流感染的经验，以期为临床提供借鉴。%Carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae,since the first reported,All over the world have reports of CRKP.Due to its resistance,the clinical treatment of the infection drugs is limited,and the effect is limited,so its treatment is still in the exploratory stage.In this paper introduce Sulfamethoxazole,Sulfadiazine and Trimethoprim Tablets treated carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae Bloodstream infection successfully experience,so as to provide reference for clinical.
