随着养老压力的不断增大,现存的养老模式已不能满足老年人对养老的需求,医养结合养老模式的创新发展势在必行.本文通过分析农村地区医养结合养老模式的现状、国内外的相关研究成果,进而深入了解医养结合养老模式在广大农村地区的运行情况,并从强化政府职责、加强立法、因地制宜制订养老规范、转变传统养老观念等角度入手,解决当前医养结合养老模式中存在的一些问题.%With the increasing pressure of providing for the aged, the existing old-age pension model can not meet the needs of the elderly, so it is imperative to innovate and develop the old-age pension model combined with medical care. This paper analyzes the current situation of medical care and old-age care in rural areas, and the related research results at home and abroad. In order to further understand the operation of the mode of medical support and pension in the vast rural areas. From the perspective of strengthening government responsibilities, strengthening legislation, formulating old-age norms according to local conditions, and changing traditional old-age concepts, we can solve some problems existing in the current old-age pension model of combining medical care with maintenance.
