Acute toxicity test has been widely used in emergency test for drugs. This paper introduces how to carry out the acute toxicity test for drugs (determination of maximum tolerance dosage and median lethal dosage), and tries to provide useful practice in emergency test and clinic application of drugs.%急性毒性试验在药品的应急检验中得到了广泛的应用.本文介绍了在应急检验中如何进行药品的急性毒性试验(最大耐受量以及半数致死量测定),试图为药品的应急检验以及临床应用提供有益的经验.
