目的:探讨坎地沙坦和赖洛普利联合治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)的临床疗效.方法:将120例DN患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例,分别行坎地沙坦和赖洛普利联合治疗和赖洛普利治疗,观察两组临床效果.结果:两组均能有效降低血压,观察组在尿蛋白和血肌酐的改善方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:坎地沙坦联合赖洛普利治疗DN效果显著,可有效降低血压,减少蛋白尿的排泻,改善肾脏损伤和保护肾脏.%Objective: To investigate the effect of Candesartan and Lailuopuli in treatment of diabetic nephropathy (DN). Methods: 120 patients with DN were randomly divided into observation group and the control group (60 cases each group), two groups were given Lailuopuli Candesartan combination therapy and Lailuopuli treatment, clinical effects were observed. Results: Both groups can effectively lower blood pressure, urine protein, and the improvement of serum creatinine of the observation group was superior to the control group, there were significantly difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: Treatment of Candesartan combined Lailuopuli can effectively lower blood pressure, reduce proteinuria droppings, improve renal damage and protect the kidneys.
