Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Piperacillin-Tazobactam combined with Etimicin in the treatment of lung infection in 75 cases. Methods: 150 patients with lung infection were divided into two groups. 75 cases of treatment group were given Piperacillin-Tazobactam combined with Etimicin, and control group were given Etimicin. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%, that of control group was 64.00%. There was significant difference between total effective rate of the two groups (P<0.05), but the adverse reaction rates of the two groups had no signifi -cant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion: Piperacillin-Tazobactam combined with Etimicin have good effect in the treatment of the lung infection.%目的:观察哌拉西林他唑巴坦联合依替米星治疗肺部感染的疗效.方法:采用对比研究的方法,将150例肺部感染患者分为两组,其中治疗组75例给予哌拉西林他唑巴坦联合依替米星治疗,对照组给予依替米星治疗.结果:治疗组总有效率为86.67%,与对照组(64.00%)比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),而两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:哌拉西林他唑巴坦联合依替米星可以有效治疗肺部感染.
