超薄前臂皮瓣在鼻颌面缺损修复中的应用

     

摘要

目的:探讨超薄前臂皮瓣在鼻颌面部缺损修复中的治疗效果,为临床治疗提供依据.方法:回顾性分析2007年1月~2011年3月我院收治的鼻颌面部缺损患者18例,分为超薄前臂皮瓣移植组与传统前臂皮瓣移植组,每组各9例,比较两组患者皮瓣的成活率、并发症发生率和住院天数.结果:超薄前臂皮瓣移植组皮瓣成活率为100.00%,传统前臂皮瓣移植组皮瓣成活率为77.78%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).超薄前臂皮瓣移植组患者平均住院天数为(7.5±1.5)d,传统前臂皮瓣移植组患者平均住院天数为(10.5±2.5)d,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组并发症的发生率均为11.11%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:超薄前臂皮瓣应用于鼻颌面部缺损修复成活率高,患者康复快,并发症较少,值得临床推广使用.%Objective: To disscuss the clinical effect of thin skin radial forearm flap application in repair for nose and maxillofacial region, in order to provide basis for clinical treatment. Methods: Clinical data of 18 cases of patients who was given thin skin radial forearm flaps from January 2007 to March 2011 in our hospital were analysed retrospectively. All patients were randomly divided into thin skin radial forearm flap group and free radical forearm flap group, 9 cases in each group. Survival rate, complications incidence and the days in hospital of the two groups were compared. Results: Survival rate of thin skin radial forearm flap group was 100.00%, survival rate of free radical forearm flap group was 77.78%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The time in hospital of thin skin radial forearm flap group was (7.5±1.5)d,the time in hospital of the free radical forearm flap group was (10.5±2.5)d, the diffgrence was statistically significant (P<0.05). The complications incidence in both groups were 11.11%, there was no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion:The clinical effect of thin skin radial forearm flap application in repair for nose and maxillofacial region is significant, it is worthy of clinical application.
