Objective: To investigate prevalence rate of children decayed tooth in nursery institution of Boshan district and explore the appropriate intervening measures.Methods: Retrospective survey analysis method was used.From 2008 to 2010 year, prevalence rate of children decayed tooth in 39 nursery institution was investigated, which treated with fluoride foam, issued publicity materials and promoted oral health care knowledges once a year.Results: The prevalence rate of children decayed tooth was declined every year, from 45.53％ in 2008 to 27.67％ in 2010, rural prevalence rate of children decayed tooth was less than urban areas (P＜0.05).Conclusion: Comprehensive interference measures can effectively reduce the prevalence of decayed tooth in children, which are simple and easily done and less cost, it is worthy of application and popularization in nursery institution.%目的:了解博山区托幼机构儿童龋齿患病率,探索适宜的干预措施.方法:采用回顾性调查分析法,分析2008~2010年39家托幼机构13184名儿童龋齿患病情况,采取每年1次氟化泡沫治疗、发放宣传材料、宣传口腔保健知识等综合干预措施.结果:儿童龋齿患病率逐年下降,由2008年43.53%降至2010年27.67%,农村儿童患病率低于城区儿童(P<0.05).结论:采取综合干预措施,能够有效地降低儿童龋齿患病率,方法简便易行,费用低,值得在托幼机构推广应用.
