目的:观察耐多药肺结核耐药情况及左氧氟沙星治疗效果.方法:将我院收治的耐多药肺结核患者73例随机分为对照组(36例)与观察组(37例),对照组给予常规抗结核治疗.观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用左氧氟沙星治疗,比较两组治疗效果.结果:观察组与对照组患者均对异烟肼、利福平耐药,耐三药者分别为7例、6例,耐四药者均为2例.治疗6个月后,观察组好转率(89.19%)高于对照组(52.78%)(P<0.05);治疗12个月后,观察组好转率(91.89%)高于对照组(61.11%)(P<0.05).结论:左氧氟沙星治疗耐多药肺结核效果显著,值得推广应用.%Objective: To observe the resistance of the multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis and the clinical effect of Levofloxacin. Methods: 73 patients were divided into the control group (36 cases) and the observation group (37 cases),patients in control group were given regular antitubercular treatment. Patients in observation group were treated with Levofloxacin based on the control group, then the efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results: Patients in two groups were all resistant to Isoniazid and Rifampicin, 7 cases of observation group and 6 cases of control group were resistant to 3 drugs, and 2 cases of each group were resistant to 4 drugs. 6 months after treatment, the improvement rate of the observation group (89.19％) was higher than the control group (52.78％) (P＜0.05); 12 months after treatment, the improvement rate of the observation group (91.89％) was higher than the control group (61.11％) (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Ievofloxacin used in the treatment of the multi-drug resistant pulmonary- tuberculosis is effective, and it is worthy of popularization and application.
