目的:总结血浆置换术在重症病毒性肝炎治疗中的护理方法及体会.方法:收集在我院治疗的慢性重症病毒性肝炎患者68例,均行血浆置换术,并给予对症、精心护理,及时对并发症进行处理.结果:行血浆置换术治疗及护理后,68例患者的临床症状均出现不同程度好转,如食欲增强、腹胀减轻、黄疸消失、精神好转.4例治疗前合并肝性脑病病例,2例昏迷度由Ⅲ度降为Ⅰ度.最终好转出院56例(82.4%),死亡11例(17.6%).结论:术前充分的准备、心理护理、术中密切的病情观察及并发症对症护理、术后康复指导等均是保证血浆置换术救治重症肝炎成功的前提.%Objective : To summarize nu:rsing methods and expenence on plasmapheresis in the treatment of severe hepatiti. Methods: 68 patients with severe chronic viral hepatitis were selected in our hospital, whose were performed plasmapheresis and given meticulous care and nurse for timely complications. Results: After cure and nurse of plasmapheresis, 68 patients with clinical symptoms all appeared better in different degree such as hyperphagia, abdominal distension reducing, jaundice disappears and spirit better. Among them. 56 cases (82.4％) were improved discharge finally, 11 patients (17.6 ％) was death. Conclusion : By fully prepared , psychological nursing, intraoperative close observation and complications of symptomatic nursing, postoperative rehabilitation guidance are guaranteed successful premise for patients with severe hepatitis in the treatment of plasmapheresis.
