丙泊酚结合咪达唑仑在无痛人工流产术中的应用

摘要

目的:观察丙泊酚结合咪达唑仑用于无痛人工流产术的安全性及手术疗效.方法:将实施人工流产术的患者随机分为无痛人工流产术组(A组)和有痛人工流产术组(B组),每组各40例.A组患者术前静脉推注丙泊酚2mg/kg、咪达唑仑5 mg;B组患者术前静脉推注地西泮10mg,比较两组患者之间生命体征、并发症等的差异.结果:两组手术时间分别为A组(3.38±0.10)min,B组(5.95±0.18)min.出血量分别为A组(5.16±0.19)ml,B组(6.96±0.26)ml.与B组相比,A组手术时间显著缩短(t=17.079,P=0.000),出血量明显减少(t=5.901,P=0.017).两组患者在血压、脉搏、呼吸、血氧饱和度方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).A组患者出现恶心、呕吐等副反应的比率低于B组,但未达到统计学差异(P>0.05).结论:丙泊酚联合咪达唑仑用于无痛人工流产术安全、有效,是一种理想的手术方式.%Objective: To observe the anesthetic safety and effect of Propofol combined with Midazolant in painless induced abortion.Methods: 80 patients undergoing induced abortion were randomly divided into painless induced abortion group (A group) and control group (B group), with 40 patients in each group.A group received iv both Propofol (2 mg/kg) and Midazolam (5 mg) for anesthesia, while the control group received iv Diazepam 10 mg.Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups in vital signs.The operation time in A group was shorter than in B group [(3.38±0.10 ) min vs.(5.95±0.18) min,P=0.000].Conclusion: Propofol combined with Midazolam is effective and safe anesthesia way for induced abortion.
