正交试验优选透明质酸钠乳膏的处方工艺

Objective: To select the prescription technology of Hyaluronic acid sodium Cream.Methods: Tade the appearance of cream, stability, stability constant and the microscope ohservation as the indexes, used single factor and orthogonal design the optimal prescription.Results: The proportion of olive oil, liquid paraffin, stearic acid is 1∶0.8∶1, joined the main medicine in the aqueous phase.Condusion: The resulting product is soft, delicate, bright, beautiful, painted a good show, infiltrate fast, stable, uniform particles are observed.%目的:优选透明质酸钠乳膏剂的最优处方.方法:以乳膏剂的外观考察、稳定性考察、稳定常数测定及显微镜法观察作为考察指标,采用单因素考察和正交试验优选最优处方.结果:橄榄油、液体石蜡、硬脂酸的投药比例为1:0.8:1,在水相中加入主药.结论:该工艺制得乳膏剂膏体柔软细腻,光亮美观,涂展好,渗透快,稳定性好,显微镜观察粒子均匀.
