抑郁症与细胞信号转导研究进展

摘要

Depression is a serious hazard to human health of affective disorders, its pathogenesis is still not clear. In recent years, more and more research is pointed to the receptor signal transduction mechanism. By referring to the related literature review, this article reviews the research progress of the mechanism of signal transduction in depression, and it provides reference for elucidating the pathogenesis of depression and the development of new antidepressant drugs.%抑郁症是严重危害人类健康的情感障碍疾病,其发病机制至今尚不明确,近年来更多的研究指向受体的细胞信号转导机制.通过查阅整理相关文献,本文综述了信号转导机制在抑郁症中的研究进展,为阐明抑郁症的发病机制和研制新型抗抑郁药物提供参考.
