Objective To study and explore the relevance of the stomach Hp-positive people with oral Hp and periodontitis. Methods 102 patients with the positive result of the [14C] urea breath test in the central hospital of songjiang district from January to May in 2012 were selected and divided into periodontitis group (n = 60) and periodontal healthy group (n = 42). Periodontal condition was examined, Hp were detected in dental plaque and gargle. Results The positive relationship was found between the oral Hp and stomach Hp (OR = 3.90, P = 0.002,); the positive relationship was found between the oral Hp and periodontitis (χ2 = 5.571, OR = 4.53, P = 0.003). Conclusion Stomach Hp and oral Hp have positive association with periodontitis, the detection rate of Hp in periodontitis patient is higher than periodontal healthy people.%目的 研究并探讨胃Hp阳性人群与口腔Hp和牙周炎的关联性.方法 选择2012年1月～5月上海市松江区中心医院尿素14C呼气实验阳性患者102例,分为牙周炎组(n = 60)与牙周健康组(n = 42),检查口腔牙周情况,并提取牙菌斑与含漱液进行Hp检测.结果 口腔Hp阳性与胃Hp阳性为正关联(OR = 3.90,P = 0.002);口腔Hp检出与牙周炎为正关联(χ2 = 5.571,OR = 4.53,P = 0.003).结论 胃和口腔Hp与牙周炎为正关联,牙周炎者胃内Hp检出率高于牙周健康者.
