Objective To summarize and analyze the effects of nursing cervical scar contracture deformity repaired with the composite graft of allogeneic acellular dermal matrix and autologous split thickness skin. Methods Our hospital used the composite graft of allogeneic acellular dermal matrix and autologous split thickness skin to repair the cervical scar contracture deformity, and comprehensive nursing was given. Results All the composite skin survived except for autologous skin dissolution in two patients, which healed after changing dressings. No nursing complications were observed and the nursing quality was good. After the patients were followed up for 1 -2 years, the composite skin graft area had smooth appearance, good elasticity, no obvious contracture, and the cervical function recovered well. Conclusion Strengthening the nursing of cervical scar contracture deformity repaired with the composite graft of allogeneic acellular dermal matrix and autologous split thickness skin can prevent the occurrence of complications and improve surgical effects.%目的 总结分析异体脱细胞真皮基质与自体整张刃厚皮复合移植修复颈部瘢痕挛缩畸形的护理效果.方法 我院采用异体脱细胞真皮基质与自体整张刃厚皮复合移植修复颈部瘢痕切除后创面患者10例,对其进行综合护理.结果 本组除2例因自体皮部分溶解经换药愈合外,其余病例移植的复合皮全部成活,无护理并发症,护理质量良好.术后随访1～2年,复合皮移植区皮肤外观较平整、弹性较好,无明显挛缩,颈部功能恢复良好.结论 加强对异体脱细胞真皮基质与自体整张刃厚皮复合移植修复颈部瘢痕挛缩患者的护理,可防止并发症的发生,提高手术效果.
