膀胱冲洗差错后的深层次原因分析

摘要

The author investigates the deep seated causes for the same type of nursing error twice in the short time of bladder irrigation operation. Nurses and managers were organized to carry out discussion on causes for error. Causes for error included nurses' poor sense of responsibility, lack of nurses, irrational structure, lack of specialist knowledge, insufficient publicity of health to patients, lack of effective warning alert system and lack of nursing quality supervision. Rectification and reform specific to the above causes can reduce the occurrence of errors.%本文探讨在膀胱冲洗操作中短时间内发生2次同类型护理差错的深层次原因,组织相关护士和管理者进行差错原因讨论.导致差错的原因有:护士责任意识差,护士配备不足,结构不合理,专科知识缺乏,对患者健康宣教不够,缺乏有效的警示提醒系统,护理质量监管不到位.针对上述原因进行整改可减少差错发生.
