目的 观察丹红注射液在小儿心脏手术体外循环中对炎性因子水平的影响.方法 40例先天性心脏病患儿,随机分为两组,丹红组和对照组,丹红组在预充液中加入丹红注射液1.5 mL/kg,对照组为等量的生理盐水,均在体外循环下行心内直视手术,分别于麻醉后(T1)、体外循环开始后(T2)、升主动脉阻断后(T3)、停机后(T4)、术后2 h(T5)、术后24 h(T6)6个时间点采动脉血.酶标免疫放射法分别测定IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α.结果 两组患儿炎性因子均有不同程度的升高,丹红组各项指标均低于对照组(P ＜ 0.05).结论 小儿体外循环心脏手术可诱发全身炎性反应,丹红注射液可有效抑制炎性因子的表达,改善预后.%Objective To observe the effect of Danhong Injection on inflammatory cytokines in infants cardiopulmonary bypass. Methods 40 infants with congenital heart disease were randomly divided into two groups: Danhong group and control group. The control group was given with the physiological saline, and Danhong group was given Danhong Injection 1.5 mL/kg in the prime liquid. All infants were operated with cardiopulmonary bypass. Blood samples were collected before, during and after cardiopulmonary bypass. Cytokines including tumor necrosis factor-α, IL-6, and IL-8 were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay with matched antibody pairs. Results The inflammatory cytokines were increased in the two groups, but the Danhong group was lower than control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Cardiac operation with cardiopulmonary bypass in infants can induce inflammatory cytokines characterized by significant increase, Danhong Injection can inhibit inflammation factors expression and improve infants prognosis.
