彩色多普勒超声在早期诊断滋养细胞肿瘤中的应用价值

摘要

Objective To explore the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with gestational tropho blastic neoplasia neoplasia (GTN). Methods A retrospective analysis was carried on the ultrasonography and HCG of 132 patients with gestational trophocyte diseases. There were 68 cases of hydatictiform mole, 58 cases of invasive mole, and 6 cases of choriocarcinoma. Results The different sonographic paterns were found in different types of trophoeste diseases, and the different paterns of ultrasongraphy were positively with the falling of HCG. Conclusion Ultrasongraphy may be an useful technique in the early digosis, guidande of treatment and evaluation of chemotherapy.%目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声在早期诊断妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤的应用价值及疗效观察.方法 对我院132例妊娠滋养细胞疾病患者彩色多普勒超声进行回顾性分析,其中,葡萄胎68例,侵蚀性葡萄胎58例,绒癌6例,结合化疗及血清绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)下降情况进行对比.结果 不同类型的滋养细胞疾病超声图像特征不同,滋养细胞肿瘤治疗中超声图像随着血清HCG下降而改善.结论 彩色多普勒超声在早期诊断滋养细胞肿瘤,指导治疗及监测化疗效果方面有十分重要的价值.
