MMP-9、BSP与LRP在乳腺癌组织中表达的意义及相关性研究

     

摘要

目的 探讨基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、骨唾液蛋白(BSP)与肺耐药蛋白(LRP)在乳腺癌组织中的表达状况及与相关因素年龄、淋巴结转移、骨转移、C-erbB-2的关系.方法 应用免疫组化SP法检测60例乳腺癌与60例正常乳腺组织中MMP-9、BSP 与 LRP的表达,并对三者在乳腺癌组织中的表达与年龄、淋巴结转移、骨转移、C-erbB-2的临床关系进行分析.结果 乳腺癌组织中MMP-9、BSP与LRP的阳性表达率分别为75.0%、78.3%、68.3%;正常乳腺组织中MMP-9、BSP 与 LRP的阳性表达率分别为21.7%、15.0%、10.0%,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05).MMP-9表达与淋巴结转移、C-erbB-2表达有关,BSP表达与年龄、骨转移表达有关,LRP与C-erbB-2表达有关,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05).结论 MMP-9、BSP、LRP在乳腺癌组织中高表达与乳腺癌的浸润和转移密切有关,能指导判断乳腺癌及其侵袭、转移、预后.%Objective To investigate the correlation between expressions of MMP-9, BSP and LRP in breast cancer tissues and related factors such as age, lymphatic metastasis, osseous metastasis and C-erbB-2. Methods The expressions of MMP-9, BSP and LRP in breast tissues of 60 breast cancer cases and 60 healthy people were detected and the correlation between these expressions and related clinical factors such as age, lymphatic metastasis, osseous metastasis and C-erbB-2 were analyzed. Results As to MMP-9, BSP and LRP, the positive expression rates in breast cancer tissue was respectively 75.0%, 78.3% and 68.3%, while in normal breast tissue was respectively 21.7%, 15.0% and 10.0% with statistical significance (P < 0.05). The expression of MMP-9 was related to lymphatic metastasis and C-erbB-2, while BSP was related to age and osseous metastasis, LRP was related to C-erbB-2 with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion MMP-9, BSP and LRP has high expressions in breast cancer tissue, is closely related to infiltration and metastasis and can be guide for judging invasion, metastasis and prognosis of breast cancer.
