国产氯吡格雷联合阿托伐他汀治疗老年非ST段抬高急性冠脉综合征的效果

摘要

目的 探讨老年非ST段抬高急性冠脉综合征患者(NSTE-ACS)应用国产氯吡格雷联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗的效果.方法回顾性分析NSTE-ACS老年患者179例.国产组100例应用硫酸氢氯吡格雷(泰嘉)75 mg,qd;阿托伐他汀钙胶囊(尤佳)20 mg,qn.进口组79例应用氯吡格雷(波立维)75 mg,qd;阿托伐他汀钙(立普妥)20 mg,qn.其他常规治疗无差别,观察疗程均为1个月.比较两组治疗后临床症状控制情况及总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的变化情况.结果两组均能有效控制临床症状和降低TC、LDL-C,进口组的临床症状改善总有效率与国产组比较,差异无统计学意义(P ＞ 0.05);进口组TC、LDL-C降低幅度与国产组比较,差异无统计学意义(P ＞ 0.05).结论国产和进口的氯吡格雷联合阿托伐他汀治疗老年NSTE-ACS同样有效,但国产药物能减轻患者的经济负担,提高患者的用药依从性,符合中国国情,值得在临床上应用.%Objective To discuss the curative effect of domestic Clopidogrel combined with Atorvastatin Calcium on the elderly patients with non ST segment elevation acute coronary syndrome (NSTE-ACS). Methods 179 cases of elderly patients with NSTE-ACS were analyzed retrospectively. 100 cases of domestic group were given 75 mg Clopidogrel Hydrogen Sulfate (Talcom), qd, and 20 mg Atorvastain Calcium Capsules, qn. 70 cases of import group were given 75 mg Clopidogrel (Plavix), qd, and 20 mg Atorvastatin (Lipitor), qn. The other conventional treatments in the two groups were almost the same, the course was one month. The control conditions of clinical symptoms and the changes of TC and LDL-C in the two groups were compared. Results In the both groups, clinical symptoms can be effectively controlled and TC, LDL-C all decreased, and the total efficiency of clinical symptoms improved in import group was not statistically significant different compared with domestic group (P > 0.05), and the reduction of TC, LDL-C in import group was not statistically significant different compared with domestic group (P > 0.05). Conclusion The domestic Clopidogrel combined with Atorvastatin, as effective as the imported drugs, can be used to treat elderly patients with NSTE-ACS, but domestic drugs are worthy of clinical application due to smaller economic burden and higher treatment compliance of patients.
