Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of predictive nursing measures in patients receiving bladder surgery. Methods 70 patients receiving bladder surgery in our hospital from February 2006 to February 2011 were selected as the study object and randomly divided into group A and group B with 35 patients in each group according to the hospital admission time. Group A was given various predictable nursing measures (including preoperative psychological nursing,postoperative nursing of conditions and complications,nursing guidance and follow-up investigation after discharge); Group B was not given predictable nursing. Results Compared to the patients not receiving predictable nursing,the patients received predictable nursing recovered better. The patients received predictable nursing had significantly lower total incidence of postoperative complications than the patients not received predictable nursing. All the patients received predictable nursing had favorable self-care ability. Postoperative complication occurred in 3 patients of group A and 14 patients of group B. In group A,only one patient did not recover well in postoperative action competence and the others recovered well in hearing,speaking and action competence; In group B,11 patients did not recover well and 24 patients recovered well. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Predictable nursing has an important application value in patients receiving bladder surgery,thereby worthy of clinical promotion.%目的 探讨膀胱手术患者的预见性护理措施和临床疗效.方法 选取我院2006年2月～2011年2月收治的膀胱手术患者70例,并按患者入院时间随机分为A、B组,每组各35例,对A组患者给予各种预见性护理措施(包括对患者手术前的心理护理、术后病情及并发症的护理、患者出院后的护理指导及随访调查等一系列护理措施);对B组患者则不进行预见性护理.结果 实施预见性护理措施的患者与没进行护理措施的患者相比,患者的恢复情况好,采取预见性护理的患者术后并发症的总发生率明显低于未采取预见性护理的患者,且采取预见性护理的患者均具有良好的自理能力.其中A组中有3例患者出现术后并发症,而B组患者中出现术后并发症的有14例.A组中仅有1例患者术后行动能力恢复差,其余患者的听、说及行动能力恢复好,B组中有11例患者恢复较差,恢复好的患者24例,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05).结论 预见性护理对膀胱手术患者具有重要的应用价值,值得在临床推广.
