珠海市门诊统筹定额标准测算研究

摘要

A notable effect of outpatient coordinating has been showed after 5 years running in Zhuhai from July 2009, especially in payment policy. In practical work, find that actual medical expenses and his age has great relations. So, it is not reasonable if do not consider age structure. Our study discusses the relationship between the age and medical service expenses by using statistical analysis, and gives a new standard of payment policy of ortpatient coordinating in Zhuhai.%珠海市自2009年7月实行门诊统筹政策5年来，取得了较好的效果，特别是在支付制度上不断探索。在实践工作中，笔者发现参保人的实际医疗费用与其年龄有很大的关系，不考虑年龄结构的门诊统筹定额标准是不合理的。本研究利用统计分析方法，探讨门诊统筹参保群体的年龄结构与医疗服务费用之间的关系，为珠海市门诊统筹医疗服务费用的定额支付确定新的标准。
