目的：探讨麻醉患者体温变化对麻醉后苏醒和拔管时间的影响。方法选取攀枝花市中心医院2011年9月~2013年9月间行全麻手术患者120例，随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组麻醉后常规手术处理，观察组麻醉后给予保温措施，观察两组患者麻醉过程中体温变化情况、麻醉后苏醒和拔管时间及不良反应发生情况。结果给予保温措施的观察组患者体温高于对照组，患者苏醒及拔管时间短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)，术中心率、血压及寒颤异常等不良反应的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论麻醉患者体温下降发生低体温时可延长麻醉后苏醒和拔管时间，对患者机体有较大危害，临床需积极采取措施降低患者低体温的发生。%Objective To investigate the effect of changes in body temperature on the patients anesthetized recover and extubation time. Methods 120 patients for operation from September 2011 to September 2013 in Central Hospital of Panzhihua City were selected and divided into control group underwent conventional surgical treatment, and observation group given insulation measure. The body temperature changes during anesthesia, anesthetized recovery time, extuba-tion time and occurrence of adverse reactione in the two groups were observed. Results The body temperature of pa-tients in observation group given insulation measure were higher than control group, time of patients recovery and extu-bation in observation group were shorter than the control group (P<0.05). The occurrence of adverse reaction including heart rate, blood pressure and shivering in the observation group was lower than the control group (P< 0.05). Conclu-sion Anesthesia patients with hypothermia can prolong recovery and extubation time, which is harmful to patients, the clinical need to take active measures to reduce the occurrence of low body temperature.
