目的：探讨紫杉醇+顺铂+卡铂辅助化疗治疗晚期复发转移宫颈癌的产果及临床护理。方法选取2012年6月~2013年6月辽宁省肿瘤医院确诊的晚期复发转移宫颈癌患者45例,所有患者均接受辅助化学治疗方案,其中紫杉醇75 mg/m2,静脉滴注第1天,顺铂75 mg/m2,静脉滴注第1天,21 d为1个周期,化疗至少2个周期；同时给予卡铂150 mg/d,1次/d,于饭后1~2 h口服,连续服用3个月,观察所有患者的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果经过护理联合用药辅助化疗后,全组患者中完全缓解2例,部分缓解20例,稳定15例,进展4例,总有效率为48.9%；不良反应中常见的有骨髓抑制(白细胞下降、血小板降低),恶心、呕吐等胃肠道反应,肝肾功能减退,神经毒性、过敏及脱发等。结论护理配合紫杉醇+顺铂+卡铂辅助化疗治疗晚期复发转移宫颈癌临床效果较好,无严重的不良反应,安全性高,对治疗晚期复发转移宫颈癌有较好的前景。%Objective To investigate the clinical nursing and effect of Cis-platinum+Carboplatin+Docetaxel portalvein-infusion in the treatment of advanced recurrent metastasizing of cervical cancer. Methods 45 cases with advanced stage, metastasis of cervical cancer from June 2012 to June 2013 in Liaoning Cancer Hospital & Institute were select-ed. All the patients were treated with auxiliary chemical treatments, Docetaxel 75 mg/m2, intravenous drip for the first day, Cis-platinum 75 mg/m2, intravenous drip for the first day, 21 days/chemotherapy cycle for 2 chemotherapy cycles at least; Carboplatin 150 mg/d was taken orally, once a day, 1-2 hours after the meal, for 3 months; the clinical effects and adverse reactions in all the patients were observed. Results 2 cases of complete remission, 20 cases of partial re-mission, 15 cases of stable disease and 4 cases of progressive disease were found in all the patients after the nursing combined with adjuvant chemotherapy, the total effective rate was 48.9%. The common adverse reactions such as myelo-suppression (white blood cells decline, platelet decline), gastrointestinal reactions (nausea, vomiting), liver and kidney function decline, neurovirulence, allergy and hair loss were found. Conclusion Nursing combined with Cis-platinum+Carboplatin+Docetaxel in the treatment of advanced recurrent metastasizing of cervical cancer has good clinical effect, high security and no serious adverse reactions, it has good prospects in the treatment of advanced recurrent metastasizing of cervical cancer.
