成人错颌畸形个性化舌侧矫治的临床护理

摘要

With the improvement of living conditions, orthodontic treatment need of patients with malocclusion is growing. Accompanying with speed development of orthodontics, orthodontic treatment techonology has acquired contin-uous improvement and innovation. The individual lingual orthodontic techonology has rised in recent few years, which is not only concerned sufficiently by orthodontic doctors at home and abroad, but also becomes the focus in adults with malocclusion. The appliance of this techonology is placed lingually in oral, which is devised personalized according to different individuals. The individual lingual orthodontic techonology is really invisible, it can not only obtain the same satisfactory treatment effect as traditional labial orthodontics and traditional lingual orthodontics, much critical, it also can completely meet recessive and artistic demands of patients with malocclusion in overall orthodontic process. The purpose of this paper is to introduce and summarize the clinical nursing care of individual lingual orthodontics of recent few years, and then promote this orthodontic techonology to develop and extend extensively in orthodontic clinic.%随着生活条件的改善，成人错颌畸形患者正畸治疗的需求日益增长。口腔正畸学的迅猛发展使得正畸治疗技术得到不断的改进和创新。近年来出现了国内外正畸医师及成人错颌畸形患者均非常关注并热衷的个性化舌侧矫治技术。此项矫治技术矫治器放置于牙齿舌侧，而且矫治器依患者不同而进行个性化设计，是真正隐形的个性化矫治技术，不仅可以与传统唇侧及传统舌侧矫治技术达到同样满意的矫治效果，更关键的是它可以完全满足错颌畸形患者对矫治全过程的隐性及美观要求。本文就近年来有关个性化舌侧矫治的临床护理情况进行了相关介绍及总结，借以引导此项矫治技术在临床上得到更加广阔的开展与推广。
