Objective To analyze the effect of loop improved nursing mode on stress state, psychological status and life quality of bladder cancer patients after transurethral resection of bladder tumor. Methods From August 2013 to August 2014, 92 bladder cancer patients received TURBt in Changhai Hospital Affiliated to the Second Military Medical Uni-versity were selected, and divided into two groups by random number table, with 46 cases in each groyp. Control group received routine care, observation group received loop improved nursing mode. Then stress, psychological status and life quality of two groups were compared. Results ①Stress: serum Cor, E, NE levels of observation group were lower than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). ②psychological state: SAS and SDS scores of observation group were lower than those of control group, SES score value was higher than that of control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). ③Life quality: physical health, mental health, social function and material conditions values of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Loop improved nursing mode help reduce stress level of patients with bladder cancer after TURBt, optimize psychological state and improve life quality.%目的：分析循环改进护理模式对膀胱癌患者尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术(TURBt)术后应激状态、心理状态以及生命质量的影响。方法选择2013年8月~2014年8月在第二军医大学附属长海医院接受TURBt治疗的膀胱癌患者92例按照随机数字表法分为两组，每组各46例，对照组接受常规护理，观察组接受循环改进护理模式护理。比较两组患者护理后的应激状态、心理状态以及生命质量的差异。结果①应激状态：观察组患者血清中皮质醇、肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素的水平均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；②心理状态：观察组患者的焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组，自尊量表评分值高于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；③生命质量：观察组患者的躯体健康、心理健康、社会功能、物质条件评分均高于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循环改进护理模式有助于降低膀胱癌TURBt术后患者的应激水平，优化心理状态并提升生命质量。
