目的：探讨干细胞关键转录因子Sox2和Oct4在肺癌患者中的表达情况及其临床意义。方法选取2010年1月~2013年12月于河北北方学院附属第一医院(以下简称“我院”)就诊的肺癌患者60例，同时以同期我院存档的20例正常肺组织作为对照，分别采用免疫组织化学法检测肺癌组织与正常肺组织中的Oct4和Sox2的表达情况。比较不同病理分期、分型、年龄、性别的肺癌患者肺组织中Sox2、Oct4的表达，分析肺癌组织中二者的关系。结果Sox2、Oct4在20例正常肺组织中表达均为阴性，在60例肺癌组织中，Sox2阳性28例，阳性表达率为46.7%，Oct4阳性43例，阳性表达率为71.7%。病理分期、病理分型与分化程度不同的患者其Sox2、Oct4的阳性表达率不同，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)，而不同年龄、性别的患者Sox2、Oct4的阳性表达率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；Sox2与Oct4在肺癌组织中的阳性表达率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论Sox2与Oct4在肺癌组织中呈明显高水平表达，并与肿瘤的病理分型、分期及分化程度密切相关，Sox2、Oct4在肺癌的发生、发展过程中可能起着重要的作用。%Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of the key transcription factors Oct4 and Sox2 of stem cells in patients with lung cancer. Methods 60 patients with lung cancer from January 2010 to December 2013 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University (“our hospital”for short) were selected, and 20 cases of nor-mal lung tissues at the same period in our hospital were selected as the control group. The expression of Oct4 and Sox2 in lung cancer tissues and normal lung tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. The expression of Sox2 and Oct4 in lung cancer tissues with different pathological staging, pathologic types and differentiation degrees, age, and gender were compared, and the correlation between Sox2 and Oct4 in lung cancer tissues was analyzed. Results Sox2, Oct4 were all negatively expressed in 20 cases of normal lung tissues. In 60 cases of lung cancer tissues, Sox2 was positively expressed in 28 cases of tissues, the positive expression rate was 46.7%; Oct4 was positively expressed in 43 cases of tissues, the positive expression rate was 71.7%. The expression of Sox2, Oct4 in different pathological staging, pathologic types and differentiation degrees had statistically significant differences (P<0.05), while expression of Sox2, Oct4 in patients with different age, gender had no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). The expression of Oct4 and Sox2 in lung cancer tissues had no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion Oct4 and Sox2 signif-icantly high level express in lung cancer, and closely relate with pathological classification, staging and differentiation degree of tumor, Oct4 and Sox2 may play an important role in occurrence and development of lung cancer.
