卵巢癌治疗方法的研究进展

摘要

Ovarian cancer is the highest mortality rate of gynecologic cancer disease, one of the most seriously life-threatening malignant cancers in female. Because of the ovaries deep in the pelvis, the early non-specific symptoms, making diagnosis difficult, most patients are diagnosed late already, and cause easy transfer and relapse, the study has become difficult and hot gynecological diseases. At home and abroad mainly for the treatment of ovarian cancer surgery, chemotherapy, targeted therapy, hormone treatment, nanotechnology and other traditional and modern treatments, and the use of traditional Chinese medicine in our method can achieve better therapeutic effect.%卵巢癌是病死率最高的妇科癌症疾病，严重威胁着女性的生命健康。因卵巢位于盆腔深部，早期无特异症状，临床诊断非常困难，绝大多数患者确诊已属于晚期，加之容易转移和复发，已成为妇科疾病研究的难点和热点。目前国内外对于卵巢癌治疗主要有手术、化疗、分子靶向治疗、激素治疗、纳米技术等传统与现代的治疗方式，而在我国运用传统中医药治疗也能达到较好的效果。
