某院2014～2016年住院患者活血化瘀类中药注射剂应用分析

摘要

目的 探讨某院住院患者近三年活血化瘀类中药注射剂的使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考.方法 回顾性调查2014～2016年内蒙古医科大学第二附属医院住院患者活血化瘀类中药注射剂的品种数、年销售金额、用药频度、排序比及限定日费用等数据指标,综合评价其用药合理性.结果 2014～2016年,活血化瘀类中药注射剂的品种数和年销售金额均逐年递减,2015年和2016年销售金额较上年分别下降8.14％和27.64％;年销售金额占总药品销售金额比分别为16.13％、14.95％和12.25％.结论 医疗机构应继续规范活血化瘀类中药注射剂的临床应用,医师要严格按照说明书规范用药,避免相关不良反应的发生.%Objective To study the use of Chinese medicine injections for activating blood and resolving stasis in one hospital for nearly three years,in order to provide reference for clinical rational drug use.Methods The number of varieties and data of the annual sales volume,the frequency of drug use,the sorting ratio and the limited daily expenses of Chinese medicine injections for activating blood and resolving stasis in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University from 2014 to 2016 were collected and retrospectively analysed,and the rationality of the medicine was evaluated comprehensively.Results From 2014 to 2016,the number of varieties and annual sales of Chinese medicine injections for activating blood and resolving stasis decreased year by year.The sales volume was decreased by 8.14％ and 27.64％ respectively in 2015 and 2016,compared with the previous year.The annual sales amount accounted for the total sales amount 16.13％,14.95％ and 12.25％,respectively.Conclusion The medical institutions should continue to regulate the clinical application of Chinese medicine injections for activating blood and resolving stasis.Physicians should strictly follow the instructions to avoid the occurrence of related adverse reactions.
