腹腔镜右半结肠切除术与开腹手术治疗结肠癌的比较

摘要

目的 探讨腹腔镜右半结肠切除术与开腹手术治疗结肠癌的比较情况.方法 回顾性分析2011年1月～2014年2月榆林市第二医院收治的结肠癌患者158例临床资料,依据手术方式不同进行分组,腹腔镜组86例和开腹组72例.观察两组结直肠癌根治术患者手术相关指标、术后并发症情况、局部复发和远处转移情况.结果 开腹组手术治疗结肠癌患者切口长度、术中出血量、术后住院时间、排气时间均高于腹腔镜组,手术时间短于腹腔镜组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).开腹组手术治疗结肠癌患者术后并发症发生率高于腹腔镜组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).两组结肠癌患者局部复发率和远处转移率均差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 腹腔镜右半结肠切除术治疗结肠癌患者,手术创伤小,术后恢复快,预后较好,值得临床推广应用.%Objective To approach clinical result of colorectal cancer radical prostatectomy by laparoscopic surgery and open surgery.Methods From January 2011 to February 2014,in Second Hospital of Yulin City,they were divided into two group by different operation treatment methods,laparoscopic surgery group (86 cases) and laparotomy group (72 cases).The record indicators related to operation,postoperative complications and local recurrence and distant metastasis of two groups colorectal cancer radical prostatectomy patients were detected.Results The incision length,intraoperatve blood soss,postoperative hospital stay,evacuation time of laparotomy group were higher than laparoscope group,operation time was shorter than laparoscope group,the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The postoperative complications of laparotomy group were higher than laparoscope group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The local recurrence rate and distant metastasis rate of two group were compared,the differences were not statistically significant (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion The laparoscope right hemicolectomy treatment colon cancer patients,operative wound is little,postoperative recovery is quick,prognosis is good,it is worth to be used.
