Objective To know the understanding of first aid knowledge among college students of North China Electric Power University,Beijing (“our school” for short).Methods 1185 students were selected randomly and questionnaire investigation was performed.SPSS 18.0 software was applied for statistical data analysis.Results At least one of the city's emergency phones was known by 98.0％ of students,but the telephone number of our emergency department was known by only 1 1.4％ of them.As a witness of the emergency scene,5.1％ of the students were nervous and did not know what to do;52.6％ of the students called 120 or 999,but did not dare to rescue the patients or did not know how to rescue.In the self-evaluation of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR),65.8％ of the students chose “understanding”,but in the professional evaluation,only 8.9％ of them answered correctly,with statistically significant difference be tween the two groups (P ＜ 0.05).First aid knowledge was acquired through the following ways:videos and news reports (45.3％),books (19.0％),told by others (17.8％),lectures (12.0％) and others (5.9％).Among the investigated students,93.9％ of them believed that it was necessary to master first aid knowledge,92.4％ of them were willing to participate in the first aid training,but only 13.2％ of them had participated in the first aid training.Conclusion Our school students master little first aid knowledge,but have a strong will to first aid training.The results prompt that should vigorously carry out emergency training as soon as possible.%目的 了解华北电力大学(北京)(以下简称“我校”)大学生急救知识的掌握情况.方法 采用随机问卷调查法,对1185名在校学生进行调查,应用SPSS 18.0软件进行数据统计分析.结果 98.0％的学生知道至少一种本市急救电话,但仅11.4％的学生知道我校急诊科电话.作为急救现场目击者,5.1％的学生很紧张,不知道怎么办;52.6％的学生会呼叫120或999,但不懂也不敢对患者进行救护.心肺复苏自我测评中,65.8％的学生回答了解,但在专业测评中,仅8.9％的学生回答正确,二者差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).急救知识获取途径:视频、新闻报道,书籍,他人告知,讲座,其他,分别占45.3％、19.0％、17.8％、12.0％、5.9％.调查人群中,93.9％的学生认为很有必要掌握急救知识,92.4％的学生愿意参加急救培训,但仅13.2％的学生参加过急救培训.结论 我校大学生急救知识掌握较少,急救培训意愿强,应尽快大力开展急救培训.
