枸橼酸氯米芬结合调任通督针刺法治疗多囊卵巢综合征促排卵的临床观察

摘要

Objective To explore clinical effect of Clomiphene Citrate Tablets plus conception and governor vessels acupuncture in the treatment for ovulation of polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS).Methods 60 patients with PCOS from March 2015 to June 2016 in Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Shenzhen Maternity and Child Healthcare Hospital Affiliated to Southern Medical University,Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,Shenzhen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method.Two groups were treated with oral Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets for 2 cycles.Clomiphene Citrate Tablets ovulation was used in control group of 30 cases,Clomiphene Citrate Tablets plus conception and governor vessels acupuncture were applied in treatment group of 30 cases.The course of treatment was 3 cycles.Treatment effect,maximum endometrial thickness,type A rate and cervical mucus score between two groups were compared.Results The ovulation rate in control group and treatment group was 58.2％,47.3％ respectively,with no statistical difference (P ＞ 0.05).The pregnancy rate in control group and treatment group was 33.3％,46.7％ respectively,with no statistical difference (P ＞ 0.05).The maximum endometrial thickness in treatment group was thicker than that in control group,type A rate and cervical mucus score in treatment group were higher than those in control group,with statistical differences (P ＜ 0.05 or P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion Clomiphene Citrate Tablets plus conception and governor vessels acupuncture has definite effect,which can improve the endometrial dysplasia induced by the ovulation of Clomiphene Citrate Tablets and the cervical mucus scores hence regulates the endocrine.%目的 探讨枸橼酸氯米芬结合调任通督针刺法治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)促排卵的临床效果.方法 将南方医科大学附属深圳市妇幼保健院中医科和广州中医药大学附属深圳市中医院针灸科2015年3月～2016年6月就诊的60例PCOS患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组.两组均予口服炔雌醇环丙孕酮2个周期后,对照组30例采用枸橼酸氯米芬促排卵,治疗组30例采用枸橼酸氯米芬结合调任通督针刺法促排卵,疗程为3个周期.比较两组患者的治疗效果、子宫最大内膜厚度、A型率和宫颈黏液评分.结果 对照组与治疗组的排卵率分别是58.2％和47.3％,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).对照组与治疗组的妊娠率分别是33.3％和46.7％,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).治疗组子宫最大内膜厚度厚于对照组,A型率和官颈黏液评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜ 0.05或P＜ 0.01).结论 枸橼酸氯米芬结合调任通督针刺法促排卵疗效确切,可改善枸橼酸氯米芬促排卵时造成的子宫内膜发育不良和宫颈黏液评分,调节内分泌.
