中医客观结构化临床技能考试中信息化模拟技术的运用

     

摘要

目的 探索信息化模拟技术在中医客观结构化临床技能考试中的作用.方法 选择河南中医药大学201 1级中医学专业166名医学生,采用随机数字表的方法将其随机分为实验组和对照组,每组83名.实验组采用SSP和ESP学习考核相关知识并采用信息化模拟技术进行中医OSCE多站式考核;对照组采用传统课堂讲授方法进行考前学习和中医OSCE多站式考核.通过考核得分和问卷调查,对其效果进行评价.结果 实验组各站成绩均高于对照组,与对照组比较,实验组中体格检查站、病历书写站和总成绩均明显提高(P<0.05),基本操作站和临床答辩站提高更为明显(P<0.01),且75.30%的学生对新的教学方法表示认同,60%以上认为其可提高学习兴趣和医学技能.结论 中医客观结构化临床技能考试中运用信息化模拟技术,可调动医学生的学习积极性、主动性,增强团队意识,提高医患沟通能力、动手操作能力、解决问题的能力,对国内临床技能考核模式提供借鉴.%Objective To explore the role of information simulation technology in objective structured clinical skills examination of TCM.Methods 166 traditional Chinese medicine students from He'nan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into experimention group and control group by random number table,83 students in each groups.Experimention group was given SSP and ESP learning clinical skill and using objective structured clinical skills examination of TCM,control group was given lecture based learning and using objective structured clinical skills examination of TCM.By evaluation scores and questionnaires,the effect was evaluated.Results The scores of each station examination in experimention group were higher than those in control group,compared with control group,physical inspection station score,medical record writing station score and the total score improved obviously (P < 0.05),basic operation station score and clinical defense station score improved more obviously (P < 0.01),and 75.30% students agreed with the new teaching method and 60% students thought that it can stimulate interest and medical skills.Conclusion The application of information simulation technology in the objective structured clinical skills examination can mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of medical students,enhance the team consciousness,improve doctor-patient communication and operation ability and problem solved skills,which can be worthy of reference to the domestic clinical skills assessment model.
