立体定向放射治疗设备可靠性评价体系模型的研究

     

摘要

目的:建立立体定向放射治疗设备可靠性评价模型, 对国产和进口立体定向放射治疗设备的可靠性进行评价和对比分析.方法:采用文献法和专家咨询法设计立体定向放射治疗设备平均故障间隔时间 (MTBF) 、平均修复时间 (MTTR) 、故障程度、系统异常发生频次和设备工作年限5个层面的可靠性评价指标, 对比分析5个层面的可靠性差异;采用层次分析法 (AHP) 建立评价模型, 对立体定向放射治疗设备进行定性定量评价.结果:通过AHP得到可靠性评价模型定量计算的公式, 并计算出理论上的最大值和最小值, 设计的5个层面可靠性评价指标, 能够将每个指标根据自身特点划分出不同的评价等级.结论:应用AHP对5个层面的可靠性评价指标及其不同的等级进行定量计算, 为国内外立体定向放射治疗设备可靠性对比评价提供依据.%Objective: To establish a model of reliability evaluation system of stereotactic radiotherapy equipment so as to implement evaluation and contrastive analysis for domestic and imported stereotactic radiotherapy equipment. Methods: The reliability evaluation indices of stereotactic radiotherapy equipment were designed by using literature method and expert consultation method at five levels: mean time between failures (MTBF) , mean time to repair (MTTR) , degree of failure, frequency of system abnormalities and working life. And then the differences of reliability at five levels were compared and analyzed. Besides, the evaluation model was established by analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to implement qualitative and quantitative evaluation for stereotactic radiotherapy equipment. Results: The formula of quantitative calculation of reliability evaluation model was obtained by AHP, and the theoretical maximum and minimum values were calculated as it. The each reliability evaluation index of the designed five levels could was divided into different evaluation grades according to its own characteristics. Conclusion: AHP is used to quantitatively calculate the reliability evaluation indices of five levels and their different grades, and to provide a basis for the comparative evaluation for the reliability of stereotactic radiotherapy equipment at home and abroad.
