立体定向放射治疗设备可靠性评价中信息自动采集的研究

     

摘要

Objective:To discuss the automatic collection of failure data of stereoscopic radiotherapy equipment so as to resolve series of problems of this kind equipment included that obtaining failure data was difficult, poor reality and lower efficiency in the analysis process of reliability.Methods:Upload video was analyzed by image recognition techniques included preprocessing, template recognition and optical character recognition, and then the data cleaning work were completed, and the data warehouse was set up.Then, the preprocessing of data was completed by using data transformation and data reduction.Finally, the key information in the process of reliability analysis, such as time of start radiation, time of ending radiation and replied time, was obtained by using template matching technique.Results:The automatic collection of failure data of stereoscopic radiotherapy equipment could realize the real-time collection for failure data, and ensure the integrity and availability of information.The image recognition technique has realized the extraction and intelligent processing for useful information from massive data.Conclusion:Using the image collector and image recognition technique can complete automatic record and classification for failure data, and ensure the reality, efficiency, timeliness of data, and provide data basis for reliability analysis of stereoscopic radiotherapy equipment.%目的:探究立体定向放射治疗设备故障数据的自动采集, 解决立体定向放射治疗设备可靠性分析过程中存在的设备故障数据难获取、真实性差及有效性低等问题.方法:采用图像识别中预处理、模板识别及光学字符识别等技术分析上传视频, 完成数据清洗工作, 建立数据仓库.利用数据变换和数据归约完成整个数据预处理过程;利用模板匹配技术获取开始照射时间、结束照射时间及回复照射时间等可靠性分析过程中的关键信息.结果:通过立体定向放射治疗设备故障数据的自动采集, 实现了故障信息实时采集, 确保了信息的完整性和可用性.图像识别技术实现了在海量数据中对有用信息的提取和智能化处理.结论:利用图像采集器和图像识别技术完成故障数据的自动记录和分类, 确保数据的真实性、有效性和及时性, 为立体定向放射治疗设备可靠性分析提供数据基础.
