微型数显呼吸机在重危病人院内转运中的应用

摘要

目的:探讨HFS3100B微型数显呼吸机用于术后危重患者院内转运的应用价值.方法:对250例颅脑、心脏、复合伤手术后转运至重症监护病房(ICU)途中实施机械通气支持的危重患者进行随机分为2组:(1)微型数显呼吸机组、(2)通常使用的简易呼吸器组,记录通气效果.结果:使用微型数显呼吸机,患者血流动力参数和血气分析指标稳定,转送过程优于简易手控呼吸器.结论:新型HFS3100B微型数显呼吸机在危重患者的转运中可支持呼吸,操作便捷,安全可靠,值得大力推广使用.%Objective: To study the application value of new-type HFS3100B digital mini-respirators applied to the postoperative transportation of critical patients in hospital. Methods: Two groups were randomly formed from 250 critical patients suffering from craniocerebral, heart or compound injuries during their postoperative transportation to 1CU with mechanical ventilation. The use of digital mini-respirators and manual respirators was compared and the effects of ventilation recorded. Result: The patients who used digital mini-respirators displayed stability both in hemodynamic parameters and blood gas analysis. The course of transportation with them was superior to that of manual respirators. Conclusion: The new-type HFS3100Bdigital mini-respirators help ventilation in the transport of the seriously-ill patients. It is easy to handle, safe to use, and thus worthwhile to popularize.
