一次性使用双气囊气管导管的研制与应用

     

摘要

Objective:To provide a single or dual airbags endotracheal tube, especially suitable for use in critically ill patients requiring long-term establish artificial airway and ICU patients. Methods:In this paper, the technical scheme is single or dual airbags endotracheal tube, including sac flushing suction, connecting tube, silica gel seal, air injection valve, before the saccule and utricle, air injection valve, after airway, airbags, sac flushing after mouth, air bags, side vent, before the vent, etc. Results: In this paper, the device can pass before and after balloon gas injection alternately, can reduce because a balloon long-term oppression in patients with bronchial wall, cause bronchial mucosal blood or bronchial wall collapse, at the same time the endotracheal tube design has a sac flushing, prevent sac secretions because air pressure is insufficient and reflux;The connecting pipe design silicone sealing ring, can reduce air leakage after endotracheal tube connected to a respirator machine. Conclusion:Dual airbags endotracheal tube reduces artificial airway complications in patients with established, simple structure, low cost and high efficiency. It widely use and easily to promote.%目的:研制一次性使用双气囊气管导管,尤其适合用于需要长期建立人工气道的危重症患者及ICU病房患者。方法:采取一次性使用双气囊气管导管的技术方案,包括囊上冲洗吸引管、衔接管、硅胶密封环、前气囊注气阀、前小囊、后气囊注气阀、后小囊、导气管、后气囊、囊上冲洗口、前气囊、侧通气口及前通气口等。结果:该装置能够通过前、后气囊交替注气,可减少因气囊长期压迫患者支气管壁而导致支气管黏膜供血不足或支气管壁塌陷。双气囊气管导管设计有囊上冲洗口,防止囊上分泌物因气囊压力不足而反流;衔接管处设计硅胶密封环,可减少气管导管与呼吸机连接的后漏气。结论:一次性使用双气囊气管导管结构简单、成本低廉、使用效率高,可降低建立人工气道患者的并发症,使用范围广,值得推广应用。
